Practice Area

Attorney Dardeno’s primary area of practice is real estate law.  Specifically, he represents clients in the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of both residential and commercial real estate, including the resolution of title issues.  He provides representation to clients seeking to convert their property to condominiums. Attorney Dardeno also represents banks and various other lenders in mortgage transactions.  He provides title certification for mortgage lenders, title insurance companies and others.  In addition to real estate law, Attorney Dardeno represents clients in business law, evictions, and reorganization.
