Payments made for legal services are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or as outlined in your engagement agreement. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact our office immediately to discuss potential resolutions. -
Confidentiality and Security
Our payment processing systems comply with applicable laws and industry standards for data protection. However, please be advised that no online payment system is entirely immune to risk. By using our online payment option, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks. -
Payment Confirmation
Upon successful processing of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email or receipt for your records. This confirmation serves as proof of payment and should be retained for future reference. -
Compliance with Engagement Agreement
The availability of online payments does not alter or amend any terms of your engagement agreement with Dardeno, LLP. In the event of a discrepancy, the terms of the engagement agreement will prevail.
